Bella Mia is wearing her New York State Of Mind dress and hat by Anthony Rubio Designs. It features the New York City skyline which was hand sewn creating such iconic buildings as the Empire State Building, The Chrysler Bldg. and United Nations all in crystals. The hat duplicates the skyline in a different media. I wore this work of art to a Big Apple theme canine Birthday Celebration.
